1. CoolerEmail never asks customers to update their profile information.
2. If you ever receive such an email, do NOT click the link and forward the message to support@cooleremail.com immediately.
3. Login to your account immediately from your web browser and make sure there has been no suspicious activity. I you see anything unusual, contact our support staff immediately.

Password Tips

1. Be sure to use a really strong password with a combination of letters and numbers.
2. Use a unique password. One that you don't use with other online services.
