The CoolerEmail OutlookŪ plugin is being celebrated as the most important enhancement to OutlookŪ ever created.
In addition to enabling OutlookŪ users to send truly "trackable" emails (without those annoying "read receipts"), the plugin seamlessly:
- provides real-time web-based back-up of important OutlookŪ messages (so, if your computer crashes, your OutlookŪ messages archived within CoolerEmail are still safe and secure);
- expands OutlookŪ 's functionality from a "one-user" desktop application to multi-user web-based CRM solution;
- enables users to "synchronize" their OutlookŪ contacts with their CoolerEmail address book.
The plugin enables you to create an email with OutlookŪ and easily send it through your CoolerEmail account! The Outlook plug-in embeds tracking of emails within the CoolerEmail Outbox, a convenient way to send trackable emails one-at-a-time through your standard CoolerEmail account. More information is available in our Outlook Plug-in Outbox Guide.
At this time, the Outlook Plug-in only supports Microsoft Windows operating systems and does not work on either Mac Classic or Mac OS X operating systems.
