Your customer list is password-protected and absolutely secured in a dedicated section of the servers accessible only by you.

List Upload --- With "one click" you can upload your entire customer list into your protected section of the CoolerEmail secure database. You can also add names and manage your list at anytime! Whether your list is in Excel, MS Outlook, ACT!, Palm or any other text-based format, uploading is easy!

List Subscription --- You can also easily "grow" your customer list by simply collecting email addresses and names from people who visit your website. We do all the work for you!

List Management --- In addition to giving you all of the tools to manage your email list, we "de-duplicate" your entire list (so you never email someone twice during the same campaign) and automatically clean your list of "bounced" emails.

Your customer list data is protected in many ways. First, our physical database servers are locked in a secure facility that monitors them 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Secondly, all of our servers are protected by secure firewall systems from industry leading companies.
